Yes. A single line of text is enough. Using “AI Enhance” (200C per run) automatically expands it into camera, lighting and texture direction to get closer to your intent. *Generation results are not guaranteed.

The credits spent on a failed job are automatically refunded in full. No action needed — the job card also shows “Refunded”.

Yes. Top-up pack credits expire 179 days after grant, monthly subscription credits after 60 days, the trial pack after 30 days, and the sign-up bonus after 14 days. Credits closest to expiry are used first, so nothing goes to waste.

Yes. Videos generated during an active paid plan (Starter / Standard / Pro), and videos generated with purchased credits (trial / top-up packs), are cleared for commercial use in our Terms (the Pro plan explicitly guarantees commercial use). Videos made with the free sign-up bonus are for personal (non-commercial) use. See the Terms of Service for details.

Open the customer portal from “Plan management” on My Page and cancel anytime. After cancellation, credits already granted remain usable until their expiry (they are not revoked immediately).

Yes. As with cancellation, open the customer portal from My Page to change your plan. Already-granted credits remain valid until their expiry after the change.

No. Generating real celebrities, politicians, or characters without rights-holder permission is blocked by the system. When blocked, no credits are consumed.

Yes. You may upload only your own photos or photos for which you have the rights-holder’s consent. Uploading requires checking the consent box (“I use only images I own or have the rights-holder’s consent for”).

The rights to generated videos belong to you. Note that our Terms of Service include a clause permitting us to use generated works to introduce and promote the service. Please review it for details.

Credit card payments (via Stripe). Card details are handled by our payment processor Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Open the customer portal from “Plan management” on My Page to view and download a receipt (invoice) for each payment.

Videos generated on the free plan may include a KALMIRIX AI watermark (rolling out). On paid plans (Starter and above), you can download without a watermark.

It depends on the model and duration, but a few minutes is typical. It may vary with demand. You can track progress on the job card, and play back / download as soon as it completes. *Generation time and results are not guaranteed.

Keep your plan and buy a top-up credit pack (from $7). Top-up credits are valid for 179 days after grant.
