The following information is disclosed under Article 11 (mail-order sales) of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions with respect to the paid services provided through “KALMIRIX AI” (the “Service”).

Prices

As shown on the purchase page for each plan and pack (all prices include tax).

The prices of monthly plans and one-time packs are also shown on the final confirmation screen of the application process.

Fees other than the product price

Internet connection and communication charges required to use the Service are borne by the customer.

Payment methods

Credit card payment (payment is processed through the system of Stripe, Inc.).

Payment timing
  • Monthly plans (subscriptions): charged at the time of application and on each monthly renewal date thereafter.
  • Trial pack and additional credit packs (one-time purchases): charged upon completion of the purchase.
Service delivery timing

Available for use immediately after payment is completed (credits are granted to your account promptly after payment).

Returns / Cancellation

Given the nature of the product as digital content (credits and generation services), returns or refunds after provision cannot be accepted.

However, if video generation fails, the credits consumed for that generation are automatically refunded in full.

Cancellation of monthly plans

You may cancel at any time via the customer portal, reachable from "Plan management" on My Page.

  • If cancellation is completed by the day before the next renewal date, no further charges will be incurred.
  • After cancellation, credits already granted remain usable until each credit's expiration date.
System requirements

We recommend a PC or smartphone running the latest version of Google Chrome / Safari / Microsoft Edge / Firefox, together with a broadband internet connection.

Important information on recurring purchases (monthly plans)

  • A monthly plan is a recurring-purchase contract that renews automatically each month unless you cancel, with the following month's fee charged on the renewal date.
  • The final confirmation screen of the application always displays (1) the fee (tax included), (2) the billing cycle (monthly), and (3) the cancellation method. Please review these before applying.
  • You can cancel at any time from the customer portal on My Page, and no cancellation fee applies.
  • Credits granted each month have an expiration period (60 days from the grant date).

This notice clarifies the matters to be displayed at the application stage of the contract, in accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (including the amendment effective June 2022).
