Privacy Policy

In providing the Service, the Company collects the following information.

1. Google account information: The email address, name (display name), profile image, and similar information provided at the time of Google login.
2. Generation-related information: The generation prompts (instruction text) entered by the user, uploaded images, and generated outputs such as the produced videos.
3. Payment-related information: Transaction information such as the plans and packs purchased and the date and time of payment. Card information such as credit card numbers is processed directly by the payment agency Stripe, Inc., and the Company does not collect or retain card numbers.
4. Access logs, cookies, etc.: IP addresses, browser types, access date and time, and identifiers obtained through cookies and similar technologies.

The Company uses the information it collects for the following purposes.

1. Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service (including the generation, storage, and display of videos).
2. Billing and payment processing, management of the granting, consumption, and refund of credits, and provision of receipt information.
3. Prevention of unauthorized use (including detecting the improper acquisition of benefits through multiple accounts and reviewing generations that fall under the prohibited matters).
4. Responding to inquiries and providing notices of important announcements.
5. Creating and analyzing statistical data processed into a form that cannot identify individuals.

To the extent necessary to provide the Service, the Company outsources the processing of information to the following service providers. Each service provider has appropriate security control measures in place based on its respective terms of service and privacy policy.

* Due to the nature of video generation, generation prompts and input images are transmitted to the provider of the generation model (fal) for generation processing. Please use the Service with this understanding.

The service providers referred to in the preceding section include providers located in foreign countries (primarily the United States). In accordance with the provisions of the APPI, the Company verifies the personal information protection systems of the countries in which the service providers are located and the protective measures taken by the service providers, and ensures appropriate handling through contracts and other means with the service providers.

Except in the following cases, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual.

1. Where based on laws and regulations.
2. Where it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.
3. Where cooperation with a state organ or the like is necessary and obtaining the consent of the individual is likely to impede the performance of the relevant affairs.

1. Account information, generation history, and credit history are retained while the account is active. After account deletion, except for information whose retention is required by law (such as transaction records), such information is deleted or processed into a form that cannot identify individuals within a reasonable period.
2. Generated outputs (videos) and input images may be deleted after the retention period announced by the Company on the Service has elapsed, for the purpose of managing storage capacity.
3. Access logs are, in principle, deleted within one year from the time of collection.

To prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the information it handles, the Company takes necessary and appropriate security control measures such as encryption of communications (TLS), management of access privileges, and access control for databases.

The Service uses cookies to maintain login status and to improve the quality of the Service. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; however, in that case, some parts of the Service (features that require login) will become unavailable.

Users may request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their own personal information held by the Company. When making a request, please contact the desk below using a method that allows verification of your identity. The Company will respond without delay in accordance with the provisions of the APPI.

The Company may amend this Policy in response to amendments to laws and regulations or changes to the content of the Service. When making a material change, the Company will give notice by posting on the Service or by other appropriate means before the effective date. The amended Policy takes effect from the time it is posted on this page (or, where an effective date is specified at the time of notice, from that effective date).
